Transition Heathrow

We stumbled across these wonderful bunch of people and their amazing project, 'Transition Heathrow'.

A Community garden centre that was created from a waste land on the proposed new Heathrow Airport runway Terminal. Visit their blog here

We are delighted to announce that we our Giant Occupy blanket will be visiting them in London for a patch making workshop in June.

Mini Blanket # 2 begins its Australasian Tour

It's very exciting to share with you that the mini blanket #2 has started it's tour of Australasia!

The Blanket is currently display in the window of the Animal Op Shop (next to the Freedom Shop) in Newtown, Wellington. 

The blanket will stay here till after the Newtown Street Festival, when it then will spend time being displayed in shop windows around Australia and New Zealand.

Craft-a-Patch Occupy Blanket Progress

I wanted to share with you all how amazing our Giant Occupy Blanket is starting to look!

Today's Workshop at Occupy Wellington was beautiful times shared with amazing people, I will post photos of it soon!

We are really pleased that the plans for the Blankets travels are coming together and we will be announcing the preliminary destinations soon. Meanwhile if you would like to host a workshop with the blanket in your city, then please contact us!
